Always dealing with the company's president, Mark Mallette, Mark will visit and assess your items to determine which type of auction the item will achieve the highest price. Many estate auctions are done on location, while collection and single items are put into consignment auctions.

Consignment

The consignor will receive a contract to sign (listing each item), setting forth terms and fees for services provided. Items will then be packed and stored until the scheduled auction. Items are sold on a commission basis. Once the items are sold, the consignor will receive an accounting of each item and its price as well as a net check after the auctioneer's commission and agreed upon fees are deducted.
